Residences in the Riviera Mansion Collection will be named after some of the world’s most glamorous destinations, like Cannes, St. Tropez, and Monaco.

Penthouse owners will enjoy sweeping views of the Dubai Water Canal on one side and the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai skyline on the other. The thoughtfully designed layouts will include dual walk-in closets, a staff room, laundry facilities, and a jacuzzi for ultimate comfort.
