Baccarat Hotel & Residences is an exclusive luxury project in Downtown Dubai, just steps away from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Launched in Q1 2023, it is the first Baccarat-branded mixed-use complex in the UAE, developed by Shamal Holding with H&H Development and SH Hotels & Resorts.

Designed by renowned architectural firms Studio Libeskind and Studio 1508 London, the complex features two crystal-shaped skyscrapers with dazzling glass facades that evoke the elegance of the iconic French brand Baccarat, known for its 250-year heritage.

The development includes a 144-room hotel and a limited collection of 49 private residences, offering an unparalleled level of sophistication.
